Documents available to counterparties and notaries
To formalize a transaction, or so your notary or advisor can validate the firm, we make the following available:
- Articles of incorporation and registration with the Public Registry of Commerce.
- Shareholder resolutions and powers of attorney currently in force for the representatives who sign.
- Tax status certificate (SAT) and compliance opinion, when required.
- Proof of address for the firm.
- Identification of the beneficiario controlador (controlling beneficial owner), in accordance with arts. 32-B Ter and 32-B Quáter of the Código Fiscal de la Federación (Mexican Federal Tax Code).
How to request it: write to [email protected] with the subject "Corporate documentation request", stating who is requesting it and for which transaction. We respond promptly; certain documents are released against identification of the requester and, where applicable, a confidentiality agreement.
We only deal through these means
Any communication outside these channels is not from Tunton, even if it uses our name or logo.
⚠ Anti-fraud warning
Tunton never requests upfront payments, advances, fees before the contract is signed, or deposits to "release" or "reserve" a loan. Nor do we ask for transfers to individuals' personal accounts or charges for "rate lock-in", "prepaid insurance" or "processing". Any such request made in our name is fraud.

Transparency
- Tunton Fin, S.A.P.I. de C.V. lends with its own funds and does not take deposits from the public, nor does it offer investments or returns to third parties (Ley de Instituciones de Crédito / Mexican Credit Institutions Law, arts. 2 and 103).
- The terms of each transaction are agreed in writing before signing; there are no hidden fees.
